Gratitude & Perspective

Updated: Dec 29, 2020

Hello friends,

Thanksgiving is such a beautiful time of year. The patterns of nature draw inward to the core and bring gratitude, the source of sustenance and beauty into focus.

Gratitude augments everything in touches.

A sense of gratitude defines the difference between ‘the glass half empty or the glass half full’ perspective. Gratitude potentiates our relationship to growth, opportunity and contentment and, it strengthens our positioning to more capably support those we love. Gratitude reminds us of what is truly meaningful and valuable.

At this time of harvest and gathering together, we face the whole ‘as you sow, so shall you reap’ lesson. It is an unavoidable gift. Reflection on growth is a natural part of the seasonal process of ‘drawing inward’. A chance to reflect on our what worked out, what didn’t, and what may need to change for a different experience of growth to solidify in the upcoming year. Regardless of circumstance, or even in the realization of personal failure, gratitude for the process provides insurance that the silver lining doesn’t go unrecognized.

Perspective and gratitude are necessities to making it through uncertain times, and to adapting joyfully regardless of the external circumstances. This is central to truly making a positive impact in the world and to living an empowered life.

We send out a very special THANK YOU to all of our patients. With gratitude, we hold you in our hearts and we are so honored by your trust and support through this strangely different year.

The new patient referrals, post shares, reviews etc, and all little things mean so much (none of it goes unappreciated). Thank you for being part of our lives and for giving us the opportunity to make a difference in yours through the power of natural medicine.

We are so grateful for YOU, our community. May your Thanksgiving be safe, loving and full of what gratitude & perspective provide.

– the team at Clear Path
